Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

An abdominoplasty, often referred to as a “Tummy tuck”, is a surgery to correct damage of the abdomen area caused by pregnancy, and which generally cannot be corrected with diet and exercise alone. In addition to tightening loose, stretched skin, repair of your abdominal muscles along the midline can be performed by your surgeon to flatten your belly, increase abdominal strength, and even enhance your workouts! Additional benefits of a tummy tuck include C-section scar diminishment and removal of stretchmarks, spider veins, and varicose veins on the tummy skin.

Lipoplasty (Liposuction)

Liposuction is a procedure that addresses pockets of fat around the body, which often follow pregnancy and are often very difficult to eliminate entirely even with aggressive diet and exercise. Liposuction can be applied to various areas of your post-pregnancy body, including your waist, buttocks, bra-line and thighs. Liposuction will reduce bulges and diminish or eliminate the appearance of cellulite, giving you a smoother, more feminine, youthful appearance.

Mommy Makeover

Becoming a mother is a rewarding and life-change experience, but also a body-altering experience. Pregnancy affects each woman’s body a different way, but becoming a mom does not mean you can't regain your youthful, pre-pregnancy shape. Exercise and dieting are important, but often aren’t enough to fully repair the changes that take place during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

A “Mommy Makeover” is a common term used to describe a combination of plastic surgery procedures that your surgeon will perform at the same time. These procedures target the body areas most affected by giving birth. You and your surgeon work together to determine the optimal choice of procedures based on your body and your ultimate goals

Patients seeking an arm lift, also called brachioplasty are unhappy with the shape and contour of their upper arms. Patients considering an arm lift are often discouraged despite living a healthy, active lifestyle and working out, that the appearance of the upper arms will only improve to a certain degree. Patients seeking an arm lift dislike the „batwing“ appearance of their upper arms, caused by excess, loose skin and fat mainly of the inferior portion of their upper arms. The „batwing“ appearance of the upper arm can be either the result of weight loss, aging, or hormonal changes. Most of these patients are hesitant or completely avoiding wearing, short-sleeved or sleeveless tops, because they dislike the shape of their upper arms. At the same time, some patients are hesitant undergoing an arm lift because of the visible scarring along the upper arm, associated with traditional arm lift procedures, which makes it also difficult to wear short-sleeved or sleeveless tops.

Many patients are great candidates for a short-scar arm lift procedure, an advanced, modern arm lift surgery technique avoiding the scar along the upper arm.

A brazilian butt lift refers to the fat transfer or lipofilling from one area of the body to the buttock, in order to reshape and contour the buttocks. Fat for the Brazilian Butt lift is gained from areas where is too much of it. This commonly includes the love handles, the back, abdomen and thighs. Depending on how a patient’s personal fat distribution looks like, liposuction of these areas will be performed. The donor/gained fat is collected and processed in a particular way, and is then re-injected to contour your silhouette.

The brazilian butt lift follows a classical principle of plastic surgery, distributing excess tissue to an area where it is too less. The Brazilian Butt Lifts can help gaining a more athletic projection and appearance of your buttocks and body. Patients may have lost their projection either to weight loss or aging, or never had any projection due to the anatomy of their spine. So no matter how much they work out, if the curvature of the spine is more straight in its lower part, these patients will not achieve much projection.

Liposuction is a minimally invasive body contouring procedure that suctions localized fat cells from the body to slim and smooth stubborn areas that have been unresponsive to traditional weight loss techniques such as diet and exercise. This procedure has successfully helped patients achieve an enhanced appearance for many years.

Although effective, the conventional liposuction procedure was often painful and involved long recovery times. New technology has allowed for different liposuction techniques that improve the accuracy and reduce the pain associated with this procedure. Today, liposuction can be performed using the tumescent technique or with the help of ultrasound imaging or a laser, which has transformed liposuction into a much safer and less invasive procedure.

What is a VASER?

    •    VASER stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance. It's is a 3rd-generation ultrasound-assisted lipocustion tool that delivers energy in pulses through a specially designed probe. The Vaser instrument used during surgery liquefies the fat and allows the surgeon to target specific areas of the body.

    •    The VASER device is capable of selectively delivering ultrasound energy to liquefy the fat in the body without damaging other types of tissues. Once the fat has been melted, it can be suctioned out of the body through very small 2.2 mm to 3.7 mm sized cannulae without causing great trauma to the surrounding tissue structures. Thus, the incisions made are less than 5mm in size.

What is the 4D VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction?

    •    The4 D High-definition liposuction, also known ashi-definition liposuction,hi-definition liposculpture, or simply hi-def lipo, is a surgical procedure that involves suctioning excess fat out of target areas of the body to create a slim, muscular and athletic appearance in different areas of the body.

    •    This procedure may involve transferring fat to different areas of the body, such as the chest muscles in men or buttock in women (Brazilian Butt Lift),to enhance one's features.

    •    Typically the procedure may involve liposculpture of the arms, abdomen, flanks, back, and possibly thighs. This would be based on an individual basis since every patient is different.

    •    Make sure your plastic surgeon is certified and trained to perform the 4D VASER High-Definition liposculpture
